Eat more fruits especially pineapples, bananas, & kiwi. You should also eat lots of veggies but take caution because certain ones can affect your smell/taste in a bad way, such as strong sulfur-y veggies like broccoli & asparagus. You should eat less onions, garlic, & particularly pungent spices. Also completely avoid or limit yourself of coffee, cigarettes, alcohol, excessive amounts of animal products, & sodas.
